Nursing Home & Pastoral Care

The Nursing Home and Pastoral Care Ministry helps ensure that our brothers and sisters in Assisted Living & Senior Living Communities have the Eucharist at the center of their lives, within their community.

Please call the rectory if you know of someone who is unable to come to church and would like a visit from a member of our Pastoral Care team. This can include those who are home-bound, as well as those in a nursing home. Due to privacy laws, health care facilities are no longer permitted to notify a church when a parishioner is admitted.

Communion Service:

• Sundays @ 10:30am
  Our Deacon, joined by Extraordinary Minister(s) provide Communion Service at Middlebrook
• First Three Sundays of Each Month @ 10:30am
  Our Deacon, joined by Extraordinary Minister(s) provide Communion Service at Maefair.

Other Events:

• Every Wednesday @ 1:00pm
  Members of our Healthcare Ministry visit Bridges Memory Care and lead them in the Rosary
• 2nd Friday of Each Month @ 1:30pm
  Parish Priests visit Stern Village
• 3rd Thursday of Each Month @ 1:30pm
  Bridges Memory Care
• 4th Thursday of Each Month @ 2:30pm
  Maefair Health Care Center
